Our trophies this year will feature our specialty logo designed by Nancy Oehlhof and will be created by Hope Weisburn of HopeinDesign.

Join us for two social events during the Specialties:

Our Welcome Party will be the evening of November 20 at the show site.
Our Closing Banquet will be held at one of the on-site restaurants.  More information coming soon.

Reserved Grooming and RV Reservations:

RV sites with full hookup will be available at $50 per night.  More information coming soon.

Hotels:

Our  Host Hotel for 2025 will be the Overmountain Lodge, on site at the Equestrian Center.  Room rates will be $149 per night and include breakfast and free WiFi.  There will be a one-time pet fee per room of $30 for the entire stay.  Direct booking information for our Specialty will be posted soon!
